Toolstation complaint: Blatantly lying to me

My complaint:

I paid extra money to have a generator shipped straight away as I needed it in a hurry as had no power or lighting, meant to be here by midday today. Contacted toolstation online help and spoke with gillian and andreia who told me that they had looked online and my generator was definitely in transit and would be with me by 1800hrs latest. Upon speaking with parcel force who are meant to ship the generator at 1730hrs they informed me that it hadn’t entered their system, or been scanned, and they definitely haven’t checked as if they had it would have told them it hadn’t been collected, so your staff are actually telling bare faced lies knowing its a Friday afternoon to pass the buck. Two of your employees have lied and been deceitful today, on top of your inability to bring the goods I paid for….a fair s$$tshow of a day for toolstation it seems, now, I have paid my staff full pay today and have had them standing around waiting for power which never arrived, now your staff seem to think that offering me a fiver back in five to seven days compensated me for the £1000 of money I am down due to your inept m.o. not only do I want an apology from your lying staff, I also want compensation for the money their lies have cost me along with your general company ‘I couldn’t care less attitude’ ….I eagerly await your solution…along with my purchased goods which are still not here. Absolutely shocking business practices!
