My complaint:
I was in your store today, and I was looking for some gold bracelets. The saleswomen were changing shifts so I waited for them to finish chatting, so the lady left, the women who is know working is eating a snack and I’m saying excuse me, she’s doesn’t move, now a different salesperson over in the pocketbooks calls her over and I say, you have a minute! and she says, oh ya! and walks right by me!! I’m a paying customer! Your going to walk past me to go talk to another salesperson, really!! Nice to know that your company is doing so well that you can just leave a customer that wants you to get something out from behind the counter. I walked out of the store! I was pissed!!
Suggested solution:
I would talk to your help and remind them that they are there to help the customer so they can buy things, not talk to the help.
