My complaint:

This is not the first time something like this happened to me or people that I know that also shop at this location.

I bought bunch of items totaling $280
Which I paid in cash .Few days later I decided to go and return a few items that I did not like at a different location. They returned without a problem since I have a receipt..

about two weeks later, I decide to go back to Roseville Location and return an item with original receipt. The lady of the check stand scanned my receipt and is telling me that the item has been returned. “That’s impossible because I have the item right here.” Was my response. She gets her supervisor to come in, and tell me exactly the same thing which again it’s impossible because I have the item in my hands in front of them. Now I’m getting irritated because they’re calling me a liar, which is not the case Because the problem is on their end.

She starts listing off every item that I returned ,in front of everyone ,at a different location but yet she’s not able to tell me what time my return on this specific item happened where it happened at what what store …she tells me there’s no information . To make me look bad in front of all the customers and and employees she loudly tells me “ you have returned most of the expensive items, but not the cheap items” (all this happened at a different store) . Then she put her nasty long fingernails with black stuff underneath them in my face and tell me there’s a shirt missing from the item that I brought!! What I was returning was a two piece set toddlers boys, set of a jacket and pants and that’s it there no shirt. After yelling at me, and putting her fingers in my face telling me that the shirt is gone she finally realized that she was wrong.. No apology from her.

At this point, from all the humiliation she put me through, I cannot hold back my tears. I ask Her to submit a request to do an investigation because the item I have in my possession was never returned. Gave her my phone number and I left..

The reason I’m crying is because I’m frustrated since I had to deal with this more than once. I have to say this is the first time that they’re telling me the item was returned. Usually they have a problem with matching the item to the tag..

What happened was about a month ago. I bought an item from this location for somebody else. I sent a picture to my sister and she did not like the item so I walked back into the store no more than 10 minutes later. When I got to the checkstand, the girl was telling me that the item I bought does not match the tag.!!! Wtf?!?! How is this possible? I just bought the item .you guys scanned without a problem. After purchasing the item 10 minutes later, I’m returning it and there’s a problem ..

Again, no one wanted to check the cameras because they were busy and I had to take a loss!!

The same problems happened to few of my coworkers since we work around the corner from the store and we visit that location frequently.

Suggested solution:

Take the item back and return my money at least for this transaction! And I want an apology for that rude , dirty nail supervisor.

Don’t they have something in the employee handbook that says that employees need to keep their nails short and clean?

I would rate my experience at a zero but the system still gives them one star!
