My complaint:
Some Supervisors have been noticed to use abusive languages against Employee at the work place, some of these Employees are also being bullied with racist connotation’s being exhibited by these Supervisors.
This has been going on for some time now. it is currently affecting the mental and psychological state of some of the employees involved.
Please kindly investigate in order to put an end to this sad situation which is also giving your esteem company a negative image.
Suggested solution:
The Supervisor should be trained on how to use professional work place language in communicating with Employees at the work place.
They should be told that using abusing language, shouting at Employees, exhibiting racist tendencies while passing work instructions to other Employees in the work place is not an acceptable behavior .
These supervisors should be made to face compliance and couching to change their attitude and behavior towards other Employees.
