My complaint:

On Oct. 25, 2021 at approximately 5 pm. my daughter drove to the Tim Horton’s where she and I get our daily tea and snack. This evening a new associate named Brooke Salter was at the service window. After placing our order, my grown daughter pulled up to the service window and while getting her debit card, Brooke Salter rudely asked, How are you going to pay? The steeped teas with one milk took longer than expected during which time the window attendant did not engage with us or explain why it was taking longer than usual. After giving us the teas she said, See ya Doreen.’ which is my name but I am a 60 year old customer who is also a neighbour of the youth serving me and not a greeting I would encourage from this young woman. I found her service unsatisfactory and will be taking my business to the Starbucks in Longos going forward. This was a nasty experience and one that I have not experienced from Tims staff before today despite being a daily customer for the past three years. I hope that you improve training for your window staff.

Suggested solution:

Your window staff need to be trained how to respect customers and not be disrespectful and use a tone unbecoming to their station.
