My complaint:

I had two separate orders – one was made by mistake when we were having internet problems – I kept getting errors about how many tickets I was allowed to order. I didn’t think in the end of the process that I got any tickets and about 10 days later received 6 tickets in the mail. Tried to get a refund for this order. Very bad communication from Ticketmaster, including their recorded messages that don’t help.

Second order – tried to cancel these as well. Months and months of submitting requests – a few responses with no solutions. I have all the emails and requests I’ve sent. The concert was cancelled because of Covid and rescheduled to a date I could not attend. Just today I was told I would not be able to receive a refund. This has all been going on since July 2021. The reason I was told yesterday was because they had an incorrect email address. Really?? How come I received responses to my requests for refunds? This is extremely bad practice on the part of Ticketmaster. Very disappointed in them. Their practices are deceptive.

Suggested solution:

Total refunds for both orders.
