My complaint:
I purchased 5x tickets from Ticketmaster back in May this year for an event on the 28th of December. I received an email from TM on the 22nd of Nov saying that date had been cancelled and was asked to complete a ‘survey’ on whether I would like a refund or to change to an alternative date although they only offered one other date.
I opted to chose the alternative date but received no ation of this, I contacted them through the ‘chat’ function as seems the only way and it said the response time was 12-24 hours, the agent said my tickets had not been transferred and would like into why I had not had a refund, this was over a week ago and I have tried asking for more support and updates as this cost £300 but getting no reaponse
Suggested solution:
By issuing a refund and an apology for the dire customer service and stress caused by it.
