Booking.com complaint: The terrible standard of the room we had booked there through yourselves for 2 nights

My complaint:

On entering the hotel we notice how stained the carpets were throughout, on reaching our room this continued, the carpet had not enough been hoovered.
The bedside light hanging over my side of the bed was broken and unsafe to use
.The kettle didn’t fit under the tap
No plug in the sink.
One socket apart from the kettle.
Toilet seat broken.
Very small claustrophobic bathroom.
We paid £278.64
We asked for a change of room but that wasn’t an option.

After many bookings with yourselves this has never happened before.
We request a full refund.
