To whom it may concern

I’m reaching out to bring your attention to a matter concerning my rapid rehousing program application . I currently reside at the Westwood Transitional Village managed by the Salvation Army located at 1401 S Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles,CA 90025 . About a month ago 03112021 I applied to this program I was sent attached emaIl from Rachel Everett my case manager and spoke to Carmen on 03152021 concerning the paperwork and what was required of me. I provided all information to Carmen and we did a break down of my finances in detail as well as the rent for the property. I notified the amount of rent $2,295.00 , and was told the cap was 2,300.00 via Rachel and Carmen after the paperwork was complete I was approved to move forward and the packet was sent out . I was left an voicemail by Rachel and Carmen today at 12:00 pm stating I was approved and then 1 hour later I was told my application rent was too high and the rules suddenly changed within an hour even though I had applied a month prior under a different set of rules . In addition I am also aware that to move forward with the rapid rehousing program you have to be approved to the apartment prior the application which I was approved the day of (03102021) , furthermore, the W9 the management company has to fill out provides the rent amount as well as I have provided rent amount and was told various times the rent cap was $2300.00 . Now it seems these people are not trying to help me and making up rules to hinder my move out process . This seems really unethical and I believe mediation is needed at this time .

Thank you
