My complaint:

On Saturday December 17, 2022 my daughter and myself were Bell rangers and on this particular day they separated us they took her to the mall and they took me to the Walmart because they said that the earnings from the day before were low. We really didn’t like that but we went ahead and went with it because we were there to do a job but my child is bipolar, manic depressive, and was low on her meds. So I had already talked to her before we left we had an understanding and she got to overwhelmed to give me a call let me know so that I can communicate that with them. Well about 2 hours into the shift I get a text message from her saying Mama I’m overwhelmed and left me here by myself it’s too many people around you know I don’t like this can you call them and see if they can come back and get me and bring me to the Walmart where you are. So I say okay yeah let me call and make a and see where they are and let them know what’s going on well they didn’t answer the phones she left my voicemail he told her that she was he was gone I’ll call Mr Julius on my end want to say he I’m speaking of Captain Joe so I called Mr Julius on my end which was my driver who team I was on and let him know what was going on when he said she’s okay his kids up there younger than her I’ve been doing this for years and this and I said well there has nothing to do with it you know my child is overwhelmed and you know y’all need to get somebody out there to check on her because she’s not liking the situation. Long story short they took my child’s jacket which they provided true indeed but you took her jacket it was cold and you made sure that you took the bucket you know I guess you was trying to act like she was going to steal or something it was real weird and took and her belongings was in the van took off of my child’s person laptop and everything refuse to bring my child to me told me that they can get me to the mall and we can get bus passes to go back to get our vehicle but Captain Joe is not going to put her in the van and take her back to the salvation army which was our pick up and drop off point where our vehicle was listen it’s a long story but can you please have someone reach out to me we have a screenshot of the text messages back between my daughter and Captain Joe where he states that he left her there very unprofessional very rude I am not pleased with it at all and I need something to be done about this try to go up there Monday morning to receive our checks they tell us we didn’t have no check who’s going to have to come back Friday call security on us everything it was a complete mess. Call this morning is because the director which I spoke to Jessica and she gave me a phone number to call and guess whose phone number it was you got it Captain Joe’s cell phone so he was trying to keep me from complaining I had to go on the internet and look this side up so that I could file my complaint. Initially we were told about the dinner this is supposed to take place Friday went up there to pick up our checks on Monday Mr Julius told us that we were not invited to the dinner something needs to be done about this. I am attaching the communication between Captain Joe and my daughter that shows that he left my child at the mall

Suggested solution:

Captain Joe and Mr Julius should not be allowed to treat other people like this. They should not be allowed to Transport people, talk to them like they do, leave them people and get away with this. And that director lady Jessica that gave me the wrong number she should be reprimanded as well for lying trying to keep me from following my complaints.
