My complaint:

There was an inspection I believe it was the last week February. I attempted to get the date from head staff Natasha she put me out for over 2 weeks until it was my exit date with no response on the actual date and the following day I asked her about my property then she said she can’t do anything. So I didn’t write an incident report. Staff walked thru the dorms to be sure there was no clutter. I had a plastic bin that didn’t fit under the bed so they took my bin in their possession and told me to get it after st Patrick’s day. When I went to property the laundry lady Patrice said your stuff of gone. I talked to Natasha after several requests she just kept putting me off . Once staff took possession of my belongings they became fully liable.I will never no the full extent of my loss. I would like to be reimbursed for my property and also have pictures of the bathrooms for weeks at a time with no toilet paper, Hand towels, Hand soap….Etc especially during a COVID Outbreak

Suggested solution:

Reimbursement for my property and I have the names of staff and crew who will caroborate my story. My case worker gave me the name of Captain Larry and I’ve left 6-8 emails with no response
