My complaint:
I came to salvation army in Reidsville North Carolina to filled out paperwork for rental assistance. The social services manager told me to bring the paperwork back after meeting with me and getting all paperwork in order. She stated she needed my apartment office to sign the paperwork. After I brought the paperwork back the women at the front desk advised that she would give it to the woman of social services. I never received a call so I called and when I called she explained that there were no more funds. There was a failure to contact me and let me know there were no funds and if there were no funds then I should have not been allowed to do the application. Also this manager of social services Wanda was very rude from the from the time I walked into the office and also very rude on the phone no compassion
Suggested solution:
I would like some sort of contact to that office about this women. People in need should not be greeted with such hate and lack of compassion.
