My complaint:
I have been trying to get assistance with rent they told me that to call mon the 5th then hangs up without any details on what to get or do before then now I call they say I have to call or basically register with government center and they can help what was the reason to have me waiting for 2 weeks to tell me this.
Then they say we help up to 1,000 now it’s only the last 200 like what are they doing there and the people are rude and have no customer service skills at all they act like the money comes out of their own pockets it’s sad that we already going thru all this hardship in our lives to be treated like this we don’t deserve that at all they need to put people there that had compassion and respect people …
Suggested solution:
They need to train these people to show compassion and respect for the people that\'s looking for help not treat them like they low life and no good ..we already have enough to deal with
