My complaint:

I asked the customer service about a discount from a vacuum that one piece was broke and she reply just put it back we don’t do refunds so I asked her name and she said she does not need to tell me her name. So I asked for her manager Jerry and she said the same thing, I am apauld for the service and way of treating your guess. Remember people donate items to help people to have jobs and other programs. Customers which is the community help others, retail and customer service works hand in hand but not this time even management needs retraing and better skills to talk to people so sad.

Suggested solution:

To make sure you tell your employees to be polite and helpful and provide with their name as well as the manager not to agree like in this case she was wrong.
