My complaint:

No sanitizer. Machine has been blinking for a month, it hasn’t been refilled. Workers are not putting enough food for all families, and helping themselves to food. Residents are waiting in stairwell for 15 minutes before dinner, this is dangerous. Staff shut down common areas instead of implementing better rules. The staff member said she saw who dirtied the room. Why not give those individuals violations instead of punishing everyone. We are humans who fell on hard times, not children, not low-lifes.

Suggested solution:

Staff should make sure proper materials are out to protect residents against CoVid. Staff should give violations to individuals andor implement stricter rules maybe even a sheet to sign in and out of common areas. just how we are asked to sign up for laundry why not have residents sign up for open areas. Some residents have conditions in their rooms that have been brought to the attention of staff to no avail. Broken windows, curtains, doors etc. If you decided to work in this field, it should be a requirement that you have empathy, and professionalism. The people here are dealing with enough.
