My complaint:

I am making this complaint due to the abundant amount of money I spent on the shop Salvation Army platform. Last year I spent more than $40,000 on a tire designer, purses and watches and they were deemed all counterfeit. I am stuck now with a lot of counterfeit items and could possibly go to jail if I get caught with them because they’re punishable for $2 million and up to 10 years incarceration. I have given the shop, salvation army a chance to rectify this engine. Can you to get banned from the site by a lady named Julie head of e-commerce. This is my final chance to rectify this and either get a refund or take you to court. I supported your e-commerce profile and hopes it would go to a good cause but in the process it ripped me off as a consumer. It’s very disgusting the practices that were made And it has left me out of pocket a significant amount of money, especially with the amount of designer watches I bought from your platform they all turned counterfeit. I am ask him directed by this with either authentic watches, or my money back for the significant amount, my money I spent on your platform , it is punishable for up to two years and $10 million incarceration for each counterfeit item by law. I have documented them but don’t want to take that route on a nonprofit that I would highly believe in.

Suggested solution:

For the significant amount of money I spent on the platform I would at least want one designer watch preferably Rolex out of the 50 I bought from their website I was very, very disappointing when I found out every single one was not authentic. It made me look like a fool, and I’m here with a bunch of items I could put me in prison. I will settle for one authentic Rolex, and a few authentic purses. I can provide images and stuff of the ones you sent me that were counterfeit. If they are not authentic, they should not be sold, if you can afford to an e-commerce platform, you can afford to get an authenticator.
