My complaint:

Hello, I don’t know how else to file a complaint so I’m doing it this way in hopes that it will get to the correct person who can address my issue. My mother and I went to your Salvation Army yesterday in Henrietta New York. When we checked out there were 2 employees at the counter and they asked – “oh what is that you found” as they were ringing us out. I said – “it’s an old VCR” – they guy said – “darn, I wish I saw that – I would have bought it” My mother and I looked confused and said – what do you mean- you are allowed to buy anything that comes in before it’s put on the floor? And they both said yes – it just has to be priced and then we get 25 percent off but we can pick anything. I just said – that doesn’t seem very fair – why would people bother coming in here to look for a neat find if you guys get to pick beforehand. The guy said- they don’t care who buys it – as long as it sells. Then the girl says – the electronics guy walks out with all kinds of stuff every night that he finds and prices himself – then the kid says – yup and he usually just puts 9.99 on anything he likes. So we left and I said well I guess I won’t bother coming here again and I’ll let everyone know. This should be illegal – I wonder if it’s happening at all their stores.

Suggested solution:

Change there ways.
