My complaint:

Facility is utilized for RECONNECT and housing, 90 day and 180 day programs. Although programs of such are good, they can cause conflict especially due to one of their rules – They are not responsible for lost, stolen or tampering of items. Recently food (although not allowed in dorms) has been tampered with, sleeping items such as pillow cases and even clothing and etc. Individuals have claimed to speak and even text staff directly and this has led to fraternization (not allowed), break outs and others to become sick.

Suggested solution:

Separate those in the RECONNECT Program and those recently released from prison or mental institutes. Stop texting residents and patients and having personal, bonding forms of communication. Issue locks for lockers. Have licensed mental health specialist do evaluations for individuals who take medication. Do background checks and turn in those who have warrants.
