My complaint:

I came in to check status of a recent in-store purchase that was to be delivered to the store. Employee Terri immediately said in a louder than normal voice Did you get an e-mail telling you it was ready to be picked up? I calmly answered that I did not check my email every day and whie I was there to buy some other things for my bath remodel and wanted to see if it had arrived. She almost shouted at me then that I will get two emails one saying it had arrived and another that it was ready to be picked up. So I took out my phone and said well let me check and see if the email had arrived yet. She then said Let Me look it up I can find before you can even begin to look as if i was inept at checking my emails . I felt very unwelcome and insulted by her behaviour. She should go back to training on customer service and how to treat customers with respect.

Suggested solution:

Emplotee Terri should be reprimanded and counseled on being polite and ready to assist customers that are needing information about order status Her example should be used as an example of how NOT to be customer service representative
