My complaint:

I Purchased, online, a set of stick on tiles that turned out not to be what I had hoped. I tried return them to the store per the 100% g return guarantee and after waiting while the clerk tried to do the return was told that they couldn’t return them because they show in the system that the items had not been delivered that I had to return online. I tried to return online and did not find an option for the return. Contacted customer service and was told that my item was outside of the return window an kindly provided me with a link to the return policy which I had already read several times. Policy states 90 day return, and item was not on the exceptions list, and I was only 40 days from delivery date. If the store had been able to complete the return it would have been closer to 30 days. Unfortunately was kindly told I was out of luck have a good day and please don’t forget to take a brief survey, GLADLY.

Suggested solution:

The return should have been completed in store if there was an issue in store then they should have been able to resolve it. Store credit would have been better than nothing even though I have my receipt and am within the 90 day return policy that the customer service rep was so kindly to direct me to.
