My complaint:

I ordered a washerdryer two weeks ago so I would have it ready when I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia. I used Home Depot instead of Lowe’s because it offered a full installation kit and I didn’t know what parts I would need. When the deliverers arrived they said they were missing parts and couldn’t hook up my dryer. They told me to go into the store to ask for the part because sometimes they just have them lying around and they try to rip off customers by sending the cheapest stuff. My son went into the store at Powder Springs and waited an hour just to get help. They tried to help us get the part we needed and arrange another service call, but it would take over a week. The customer service number seemingly has no way to get to a live person. The delivery company said all of the customers this week have the same problem because they never received a delivery of the installation parts and there’s no way they can come earlier than in a week. I have mountains of moving blankets and clothes I have to take to the laundromat and spend money and time I would not have to if I used Lowe’s. Zero empathy from customer service.

Suggested solution:

Someone come set up the dryer and give me the installation I paid for ASAP.
