The Cheesecake Factory complaint: Terrible customer service, chairs are not ADA compliant

My complaint:

The online system only allows to make a reservation for 6 and it doesn’t give you the option for a bigger table. We were 7, and instead of making s reservation, they expect you to wait 3 hours because apparently the policy is only for 6 people. The booth did not sit us comfortable at all because we are all big boned. This male manager was not helpful, he was condescending and made it out fault for making the reservation. He said nothing else was available and they could only bring out a chair that was not easy to sit on. The 7th person was clearly uncomfortable sitting in the chair due to its arms that made it very difficult to sit as it began to cut the circulation on their tighs!! The look on their face alone should have signaled to management that we needed a bigger space. I know they are busy but as a manager you shouldn’t belittle your customers and instead problem solve. The food sucks too. All those dishes on the menu and they can’t perfect any of it , the pasta was watery and the steak was hard. The waiter was very sweet and kind, so we were thankful for him. Also the booths are so cheap . The table next to us had kids who were playing and you could feel it in our side because the wall between us is this cheap material. Y’all should consider making the place more friendlier for heavier people because it was really uncomfortable sitting indoors. This place needs to do better

Suggested solution:

Make it more accessible for people who are heavy and can’t sit on the booth. Allow your online system to make a reservation who people who need more space . Also hire better cooks who can make a decent pasta. Y’all have too much on your menu but need to focus on cooking instead of just the cheesecake.
