The Cheesecake Factory complaint: Poor experiences with a final poor food received experience.

My complaint:

On a bi-weekly basis, three of us meet to have friends’ night at your restaurant. We usually have a bill of 120-150.

On this most recent visit, we were informed that the alcohol beverage we wanted was not available (though we could see it at the bar). Our order usually consists of 2 bottles of wine or three designer beverages each.

This most recent visit provided the Tuscan Chicken, for two of us, that was dry, tough and it had burned edges. Definitely not the quality CF is known for.

After the past three visits, having slow service and a lack of satisfaction with our meals, I felt the need to share and see if there is a method of reimbursement or coupons you would be willing to provide.

I would like to surprise my friends with knowing there was a caring response from CF.

Suggested solution:

I would appreciate replacement meals. Though I know there is nothing that can be done for the slow service, or the lack of providing the desired beverages, it would be appreciated to be valued as a paying customer.
