My complaint:
We were there a couple of weeks ago and got some cake slices to go and when we got to out hotel we realised one of them was half a slice.
We’ve been claiming since then via Ig, mail and we form and they don’t respond. We would like a refund.
Suggested solution:
Giving us a full refund to our credit card
