My complaint:
On Sunday, October 1, 2023, I ordered two meatloaf dinners to go. As my husband and I were sitting down to eat, we realized how salty the meatloaf was and that there were not much sauce on the macaroni cheese. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. He stated that maybe he needs to speak with his cooks to work on the recipe. He also stated that because they make the meatloaf themselves, sometimes it tends to be a little salty. I feel that was not a good response. I feel that he should have offered a refund or at least offers to remake the dinners. I told him that I was going to put in a complaint online and he stated that if that makes you feel better, do so. Again, I think that response was not professional. I have never had a problem with the Cheesecake factory in Green Hills. However, after visiting this one, I don’t think I want to visit another one. $57, the cost of the meals, is too much to waste!
