My complaint:
Tried to use gift card that expired less than 24 hours ago- They would not accept it , I was told to call guest services and they could help me out. When I called they were very rude and condescending and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on me. I cannot believe how unprofessional and horrible this company treats their customers! Will never go back again!
