My complaint:

Let me start by saying that Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant and that’s why this was so disappointing. The service was to the point where I don’t know if I’m coming back.

When we were seated our silverware was on the table no napkins. We were refused cloth napkins for the duration of our meal. Our server Latoya forgot our order 3x and still brought out the wrong entree for my fiancé. When the real entree was brought it tasted rushed. My sisters drink had been forgotten about and we had to reorder it 40 minutes into our meal. The dynamite shrimp was cold when served. I was showing my sister who lives in Arizona a good time in Cleveland and it was a disaster. Thank you for your time

Suggested solution:

Well, I honestly really enjoy the restaurant and I would hate to give up on them. This was a 135$ meal with service that didn’t quite match. I eat here quite often and this was by far my worst experience. A resolution would be whatever the company feels is the right thing to do.
