My complaint:
This is my second attempt to contact you guys about this issue. I came to this restaurant For dinner and was not pleased with the service. My first complaint the scene in front of us where a customer attempted to leave without paying and a staff member or undercover stopped the customer and was yelling in front of us screaming asking this person to come back and pay.
Next at the end of my meal I didn’t realize it – but when I looked at my receipt I noticed that I was overcharged by double there was double the kids drinks, double the adult drinks and even double the Cinnabon? Maybe it was a mistake since I had 2 servers I don’t know but my total
