My complaint:
I accidentally left something on the train. I immediately called and was told to wait until the next business day (2 days from now) to see if it gets turned in to the lost and found. Terrible customer service. There should be a way to make your employees work to help out a customer. This is my second disappointing customer service interaction. No wonder your trains are so empty. Keep it up and you will all be out of jobs.
