My complaint:
A proper ID was provided to the staff near the billing counter even though they refused to sell the alcohol bottle. Morning from the same shop another staff was polite in providing us the required alcohol stuff with the same ID. But when we came to the same shop in the evening they behaved so rudely. They behaved against us as a racist. This is so upsetting as we are people who came here as immigrants thinking that everyone has equality in London.
Suggested solution:
They should have the same rules for everyone. Also once the ID is shown they should not humiliate us in the name of racism.
