My complaint:

Staff member,I paid for an item,she packed my shopping,then I got home without an item I paid for ,she put it back onto the shelf , didn’t give me a receipt,lied about it ,just because I asked her a week ago if she was expecting a baby. As I’m mother and she use to ask me questions all the time about my son ,and family. I could tell she took it the wrong way. So I apologized which she admitted she was very offended, but then said many people have asked me this ,and she said it’s because I drink alcohol alot so I have put weight on. Then she did this
No apology and made out I was in the wrong
Her attitude is horrendous,one minute she is nice the next she is hyper through her alcohol addiction which needs addressing, especially if she lets a customer pay for something then proceeds to put my item back on the shelf knowing I have paid for the item.

Suggested solution:

By in investigating this lady ,and if she is prepared to go to the lengths and did to make a good customer try and look bad for her taking offence to a so called friend politely asking if she was expecting a baby when she herself always asks personal questions,then there is something seriously wrong with this person.
