My complaint:
Was in store Friday evening 1/9/23 @9:45 PM only one check out manned But man refused to put items through as he said he was closed and was cashing up so didn’t need to serve me which is extremely rude and store is advertising it doesn’t close untill 10 pm never had this problem before with any store member and shop frequently at that time as I don’t finish my own work until 9:30 pm
Suggested solution:
By getting in touch with an apology or some form of compensation
