My complaint:
I visited a Tesco store in Borehamwood and was very disappointed to see this year’s attempt at a Christmas tree. Every year there’s usually a proper one, not a makeshift cardboard version. Part of the Christmas experience is going into the store and seeing the tree with the Salvation Army band playing festive music – a proper Christmas.
I have been a loyal customer since the mid-sixties and have never been so upset about something. I strongly request the usual proper tree be put back immediately. A very unhappy customer. P.S. If this is not resolved, I will consider starting a petition and taking it online. Happy holidays.
