Swiss Chalet complaint: Poorly run by the franchises

My complaint:

Good evening,
First let me start with this complaint has nothing to do with the waitress. I strongly believe it all comes down from the direction of the owner after what I observed.

1- I requested a slice of lemon in my water and was told they do not have lemons.

2- my wife’s ice tea was tasteless.

3- as I usually do when placing my order of two entrées I presented my CAA members card and requested my appetizer I was told I can only get 10% off my purchase no appetizer.

4- the place was dirty and cold, had to eat with our jackets on.

5- finally I observed and heard the owner seated at a table with a young female employee berating her as he was firing her and telling her that she is not welcome in his restaurant.
This is not something that should take place in front of other employees never mind in front of customers

Suggested solution:

Owner should be made to run the restaurant to a minimum standard that I observe at all other Swiss Chalet restaurants I have visited over the years.
