My complaint:
I was given a wrong lesser valued item of Rs 129. When I tried to contact the customer care person (Ramaswamy) he refunded me Rs 163 (based on their guidelines )without permission as I demanded Rs 189 for a tikka burrito (MRP189). This price was set without including my time (1 hour) and mental hassle. They refunded me Rs 163 and when I called the manager Taniya she was rude and without empathy. (also I politely asked them to remove 163rs as I don’t want a partial refund, but they didn’t.)
She refused to give her official rank and kept giving me pre-written robotic answers to waste my time for hours.
For making fools of customers I want them fired from their jobs or I will not use swiggy again( old customer) and life long advocate everyone to not use them.
Suggested solution:
Proper action on these two and refund me with justice.
