First of all I give up with trying to work out what you are doing and will never order from Suttons again.
To clarify…..
2nd April Order placed – Suttons Order Acknowledgement Ref:SO6965197 – Tumbling Toms arrived as expected however the expected date for Begonias passed with no communication
28th May I sent email asking for update
2nd June received email advising there is a delay and the plants will be sent in two batches with at least a week apart. I emailed same day saying this was unacceptable as the plants were being mixed and requested order for both be cancelled
4th June Your Refund has been Processed -SO7432114 – this was for only one pack of Begonias
5th June I emailed explaining both orders were to be cancelled
7th June email receied Your Suttons Order Has Been Despatched! Ref:SO7422400
8th June I emailed saying do not send
9th June spoke to Dennis in your customer service department who advised nothing had been despatched, both orders had been cancelled and refund for both orders has been processed
12th June – pack of Begonias delivered, the internal box was so damaged and wet impossible to work out which ones they were!
23rd June – Suttons replied to my complaint on TrustPilot that they had requested a refund for 2nd part of order. To date, 29th June, this has not been received.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the money they have said they would.
