Supersonic Fibre complaint: Absolutely horrific experience, abysmal service

My complaint:

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Ordered LTE router and service subscription as a gift.
Router arrived missing aerials. Completely unusable without them.
Lodged complaints via every platform available. Ignored. Zero service.
Yet the billing continued for a service I couldn’t use.
Gave up and canceled service; then instead of collecting their incomplete, unusable router, THEY BILLED ME FOR IT! They billed me for their incomplete, useless, product.

They failed on all fronts as an ISP; heck, as a business: I received no usable internet, absolutely no client service or an attempt to resolve the issue, and the only thing they provided was an incomplete product and utter incoherent frustration and rage.

I was never refunded. The issue was never corrected, and their promises proved worthless as their offering.

Suggested solution:

1. Refund all billed amounts for a non-existent service.
2. Refund the incomplete router THEY BILLED ME FOR even after lodging complaints asking them to provide the missing parts or a replacement unit.
3. Collect their worthless Router
4. Never bother me again
