My complaint:

Hay Day game put my in game purchase of diamonds in the neg amt. Found a email saying my refund was approved for this purchase(back in Sept) Here’s the thing, I never asked for a refund and quite frankly would be stupid to ask bc it is a game and you do know what’s involved. Im the sole player on my phone with no way of accidently hitting a button. Hay Day is full of glitches and this 1 cost me money no matter refund or what. They say they cannot help me and tbh why would they when their main concern is getting real money from people any way possible.

Suggested solution:

Reverse the refund and reinstate the amount of diamonds I had when they screwed me.
