My complaint:
I’ve had my account with supercell for many years and recently they banned my account for their reasons of the account name being inappropriate the name is NZLxsmokinhot. I don’t see anything inappropriate with it at all. Their customer services were rude and no help at all. It is also hard to get things resolved with them as they can cut you off at any time during a conversation and won’t allow you to contact again for a certain amount of time
Suggested solution:
Allow for better customer service and stop banning accounts for pathetic reasons as it disrupts our game play
