My complaint:
Made two payments for a Gold pass July 1st and 6th. Never got the gold pass however. Finally got refunded for the first attempt. It’s now August and nothing. Every time you reach out to them it’s like starting all over again or they want to pass the buck on Apple.
Suggested solution:
At this point give the money back or give me a gold pass I’ve been saying this to them over and over again and nothing. I wasted time and energy they are scamming people I’m not the only one.
