My complaint:
My account got hacked. I have proof and I have send countless e-mails to Support, but I guess a bot is replying in copypaste mode.
Also the chatbot in Help and Support is a scam: Surge doesn’t understand a thing and ends the chat. I cannot receive recovery code because the phone number of my account must have been changed. There seems to be no real person behind Surge and the Support team.
Suggested solution:
I want my account back asap.
