My complaint:
Hello , I have been playing this game from long time (almost 2 years ) and also spent lot of money in purchases in game . I was banned from game recently for trying to recover my other old account .
I tried to contact them several time in game and explain my situation but they don’t seem to be serious regarding my issue
Please guide me on how to proceed regarding this as I am mentally stressed since I was banned and affecting my daily chores
Suggested solution:
Remove ban or compensate with money spent
