My complaint:
Supercell (ClashofClans) advised that they picked up suspicious activity on my account and locked it. The suspicious activity is because I loaded the game on three of my devices as I play on three devices. I then answered all their questions, proofed to them that I am the legitimate owner of the email address used to register the game a few years back (email never changed) and also provided them with proof of in-app purchases via my AppleID (sent them numerous Apple invoices for Clash of Clans purchases). Still they cannot verify its me. The irony is that my email address associated with my game is the same as my Apple ID. I have escalated to support – have ticket reference, various emails with no response. Various attempts via in game Help Centre also renders the same result. I am at my wits end.
Suggested solution:
I am sure that if they assign a human to my case it will be resolved quicker. I am only dealing with bots and they are not very helpful if there are issues.
