My complaint:

Subject: Missing Debit Card.

I deposited about 2 weeks’ cash, going through your drive-thru teller. my recept for the deposit was sent back however my debit card was not. Left to go to my resident did not notice until 2days later that I did not have it That Friday I went into that same bank and inquired did anyone find my debit card, One teller claims she saw it, my question to you Is it not a common courtesy to call the customer if a card is left? Instead of a call, your bank manager decided to SHREDDED!. Claiming it was for security reasons!. (did make a call.)
Then was told a replacement card would be sent out as an emergency. Three to four business days Well it’s been 9 days and no debit card replacement. This is an inconvenience to me, That I have to go into the bank every payday. when I need money I need my debit card to be replaced ASAP. I have a direct deposit. of my paycheck weekly. Went this past Friday and was told that the teller made an error filling out the form, Now I have to wait for another 3 to 4 business day. The holiday weekend is fastly approaching I am going on vacation and I am not going out of town without my debit card. What can you do for me?

Send my Debit Card before my vacation.
