Sunglass Hut complaint: Horrible experience at Mall

My complaint:

About a week ago I went to the Sunglass Hut at the Rimrock mall. I will have to say it was the worst experience I’ve had at any Sunglass Hut. The woman working acted like she was doing us a favor even being there. We couldn’t decide between glasses and she was visibly bothered that we were even there. She would smile but her tone and even facial expressions told us she didn’t want to be there. After about 5 min we just walked away. She didn’t thank us for coming or even acknowledge that we were leaving. A few days later while at the mall again we saw a guy was working at the same stand. We thought maybe we would get better service and possibly he was the manager and we could talk to him about the woman. Boy were we wrong. He was on his phone and sitting in a chair. When we walked up to the Ray-Ban cabinet I asked if he had any chromance Ray-ban glasses. Without even looking up from his phone he said No we don’t carry that style here. I was astonished that they didn’t carry the chromance selection. He didn’t get up or even look up from his phone. We stood there for what seemed like forever and he didn’t acknowledge us. My wife then pointed out a pair of glasses that resembled the ones we saw online. We decided to just leave.

When we stopped at the food court I was talking about how rude that place was when another woman at the food booth asked what store I was talking about. I told her the Sunglass Hut and she just laughed. She told me how stuck up, lazy,, and unfriendly they are. She told me to shop at SCHEELS to get my glasses because that is the only other place to buy sunglasses in town. She said she tried to get glasses there once and to cases were so cluttered she couldn’t make out what they had. When she asked the lady there she was told it was marked down pairs and to just open it if she wanted to see any.

Is this the type of business we can expect to receive in Billings. Horrible, we don’t care about your service. We moved here from Minnesota and I can say our experiences were much better there.

Needless to say your Sunglass Hut will never get my business. I guess if SCHEELS is my only other option I’ll shop at your competition. I have been a hard-core Sunglass Hut buyer until now.

I’m truly disappointed.

I tried to file a complaint directly to you but that was impossible. Went through so many links and nothing worked so I complained on complain.biz. At least they made it possible to express our displeasure. Seems your customer service is no different than her attitude towards customers. HORRIBLE!

No need in concerning yourself with resolving it. I'm sure that's you're Montana business model.
