My complaint:

January 5th 2021 I purchased a phone through straighttalk. On July 20th 2021 I contacted straighttalk to let them know my phone was no longer charging. They sent me a return label and I shipped my phone back out to them on July 24tg 2021. Here it is November 10th 2021 and I’ve never received my replacement phone. I’ve contacted straighttalk numerous times and still no phone. I had to switch carriers and purchase a new phone thru new carrier.As my son was in the United States Marines and I had to have a phone for him to reach me. I called straighttalk to let them know I would like a refund for the phone I never received in the amount of $166.58, I’ve been promised a refund and to check my bank in 3-5 business days, which I never got a refund this was told to me atleast 5 times. Then I was told by straighttalk that my bank would have to pay me the refund which I know that’s not right at all.. Straighttalk has caused me a lot of hardship and anxiety from this game they have played with me for the last 5 months.

Suggested solution:

They should pay me for my phone I never received and plus a hardship fee ol for the past 5 months in the amount of $600.00 or less but something needs to be done and that should not be able to do their people this way, they need to learn it's not okay.
