My complaint:

I was told that we had till 133123 at midnight to switch out phone to verizon.i called at 9 am on the 31 at which time I was told I would need to purchase sim card for both my phones but Ii wouldn’t come in mail for 5-7 days and our phones would be shut off. Unless we want to go to Walmart and get BYOP sim for 99 cents . So I went and they sold me a 10 dollar sim card.i purchased it and tried calling straight talk. Never could get it set up. So we decided to go with different carrier. I then called on the 1st of jan.2023 as my phone was deactivated but my daughter’s was not. I proceed to talk to customer Service. I even asked for Manager and was told that they don’t need manager because they are highly trained to take care of me. I was told my phones would be deactivated and no further charges. Then on Jan 16 I got email that my daughter’s phone was still active and my debit card would be billed. I called on 1617 and again on 18. They have that as being active but since I could not verify all info they wanted they could not help me. I even changed passwords and email and still couldn’t get through. Bottom line I have been lied to several times was told I need to call my financial institution to have them stop at which I did. Was told by financial institution that I would have to dispute charge and then they would have to issue me new debt card. All I am asking is to be reimbursed the 49.20 that was taken out of my account.auto refill shut off the phone deactivated like I was told on the 1st of January

Suggested solution:

Do what I asked and turn my phone off and reimburse me the 49.20 taken out and stop all further auto refill
