Straight Talk complaint: Service interrupt when bill paid

My complaint:

I had a single straight talk line for over 2 yrs. November 2022 I signed up for 2 line family at $90 with tax etc $100.49 In November charged me twice got refund 2 nd line didn’t work but 4-5 days because didn’t have unlimited like was suppose to. December 19,2022 had to contact customer service to make my payment. Was told couldn’t set up autopay like I’d been using over 2 yrs. So made $100.49 payment with their agent. I use Wells Fargo Visa nothing else. Well someone payment of $61.?? Mage with a MasterCard got put on my account. I’m assuming credit card company withdrew n put on correct account. Now in order to get my 2 nd line on they want me to go get prepay card n pay $61.?? I do NOT owe that I paid on 1219 next payment not due till January 15. Common sense should tell them that a person who is paid in full for months wouldn’t just give them an extra $61.??!!! I don’t owe them $61.?? So shouldn’t be expected to pay it! 2nd line wasn’t useable except maybe 10-12 days out of 2 months of service. I need new phone for main but not buying because most likely will change services. Not paying $100.49 for one line

Suggested solution:

Restore second line stop cutting off everytime pay bill. Also credit me refund for 2 nd line since it's been cut off or didn't have unlimited data etc like signed up for Our of 60 days maybe had useable service 10-15 days
