Straight Talk complaint: PAID and Hvae No Service

My complaint:

We purchased a new samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5 g phone. We transferred our data and had already paid for December Service. Phone worked but not the internet. So we called them and they said we needed a new sim card even though the one I had was only 2 years old. So we waited almost a week and got the sim card. Internet still didnt work. So my husband spent 5 hours on the phone between being put on hold and conveniently getting disconnected several times. This happened for the nest 3 days in which we gave all the account info like 15 times to many different reps and supervisors. Even finally got the tech department involved. They said they would call us back in 1 to 2 hours. Nope. They never called nor fixed the phone. They cancelled my old number and never hooked up a new one. On saturday they disconnected my husbands number that he was calling from and left us without service. Once again we have been on the phone since 7am this morning and it is now 12:14. We were once again disconnected while waiting to speak to tech services. Cant get anyone to do their jobs so I am paying for NO service. The last tech tried to say it was Verizons issue and put us on hold to contact them and they disconnected us. The customer service is horrible. You don’t get anyone knowledgeable or in this country. they all read a script and cant do anything beyond that and when they cant help you they disconnect the call. At this point I have a $1300 new phone and phone number and sim crd I cant use. So either fix your issues and get my phone on the network or pay me and I will go to another service provider. Scamming people is unacceptable.

Get my phone connected to my number and service or pay me what I am out
