My complaint:

Ordered a new phone and received a damaged one. The back was falling off the new phone when I took it out of the shipping bubble wrap. Sent back to company and got a ticket number for a replacement. Return shipping label tracking said they received it in there warehouse. Texted 611611 for ticket status with same answer for over a week. Called at least 8 times and was hung up on after being on hold again and again for 30 to 45 minutes. With no information to help me with were is my replacement phone and tracking number. Ticket 1287330978. Tracking return 2Z6980XX9001901646. Return went to La Vergne , TN 37086. No communication from you on update status. No email – no Text – no call. But you took my money from my credit card for a new phone. Worst service I have ever had from any company ever.

Suggested solution:

I am not. I ordered a replacement phone because my Samsung S8 was run over. The order was for a new Samsung S10.
Paid for it on my credit card on 11/16/23. it is now 12/05/23
NO PHONE YET.
You sent it damaged. You needed to send a replacement. I did not order a damaged phone.
